1.  FBR Incentive Allowance.

2.  FBR Performance Allowance. (its also called Double Basic Pay but now in these days its freeze on the Basic Pay Scale of 2011)

After appointment first FBR Incentive Allowance is given but, FBR Performance Allowance is given for Test / Interview which is added to the allowance salary after passing.

Hiring Allowance ki bhi facility hai but ye budget per depend hai.

FBR Incentive (Rs. 2,700/= and to Rs.5400/= BPS k hisaab se) sirf ye allowance ap add kar lo salary mein.
