Your Typical day at work:
Developing customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate
level.
100% portfolio management.
Maintaining Voice and Data Churn in the assigned threshold.
Collections and upselling
Providing support to Customers by ensuring resolution of network coverage,
billing, and services issues.
Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the customer
experience.
